About Me.

I spent over 20 years in Human Resources where I witnessed the incredible impacts of leadership, done well and done poorly. Transitioning from a career in HR to one focused on leadership coaching marks an exciting evolution for me. I believe that everyday people are key to organizational success, which flourishes through great leadership and its ripple effects—engagement, well-being, productivity, and trust.

Leadership qualities such as vulnerability, authenticity, accountability, and curiosity create the foundation of a thriving workplace culture. I am passionate about recognizing and nurturing these human moments within each individual's unique journey.
