I spent 20+ years in HR watching brilliant people quietly struggle with the gap between how capable they were and how capable they felt. Then I realized I was one of them.

About Me.

For most of my career I was the person everyone else came to when they needed steadying. Calm under pressure. Confident in the room. A safe pair of hands.

​

What no one knew was how much energy it took to maintain that image and how often I went home wondering if I’d finally be found out.

​

I wasn’t broken. I was someone carrying a weight I didn’t have a name for yet.

​

Twenty years in HR gave me a front-row seat to what great leadership looks like, and what it costs when capable people can’t get out of their own heads. I saw it in executives, in managers, in high achieving individual contributors who were quietly exhausted by their own standards.

​

I saw myself in every single one of them.

​

When I stepped into coaching, it wasn’t a career change. It was a calling. I want to help the people I used to be – the ones who are killing it on paper and struggling in private – get out of their own way faster than I did.

​

Working with me isn’t about fixing what’s wrong with you. Nothing is wrong with you.

​

It’s about stripping away the version of yourself you’ve been performing and reconnecting with who you actually are – the leader who’s been there all along, just buried under a lot of “should”.
